WARNING
① This product is equipped with a food-grade probe. Please remove the plastic protective cover from the probe before use. The probe is sharp, so handle with care to avoid injury.
② Avoid touching the probe directly with your hands in high-temperature environments to prevent burns.
③ Keep the probe away from open flames. Grilling over open flames can easily produce carcinogens like polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons and nitrosamines. At the same time, the temperature measurement range of the probe is 32~572℉(0~300℃), long-term exposure to open flames may cause malfunction.
④ The host is not resistant to high temperatures. Please keep it away from the grill during use.
⑤ The magnetic hook provided should be kept away from high temperatures to prevent demagnetization. It is recommended to attach it to the grill legs.
⑥ This product is not suitable for children. Please keep it out of reach of children.
⑦ This product contains AAA batteries. Please keep new and old batteries out of reach of children.
FAQ
- What is the communication range of the device?
In open environments, the communication range can reach up to 100 meters. However, this range may be reduced due to obstructions or signal interference. - How long is the battery life of the device?
Based on our actual test data, if each use lasts approximately 2 hours, the device can be used around 180 times on a full charge.
- What is the maximum temperature the probe can detect?
The temperature range of the probe is 32–572℉ (0–300℃).
Please note: Avoid exposing the probe to open flames for extended periods during use.
- Open flames can exceed 300℃, and prolonged exposure may damage the probe’s functionality. (This is the main cause of failure.)
- Grilling over an open flame can also produce harmful substances like polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAHs) and nitrosamines, which are potential carcinogens and pose health risks.
- The package includes only two probes, but the device has four ports. Why?
You can purchase our additional probe accessory pack, model MPS01, which includes two extra probes. Combined with the two probes included in the package, this allows you to monitor up to four grilling zones simultaneously.
Troubleshooting
- Why does the device frequently disconnect from the phone?
If the device frequently disconnects from your phone, it may be due to the following reasons:
- The distance between the device and the phone is too great, exceeding the communication range.
- There may be signal interference between the device and the phone.
To reduce disconnection issues, please keep your phone within 20 meters of the device.
- Why can't I receive device notifications when the app is running in the background?
We recommend checking the following settings to identify the cause:
① Ensure notification permissions are enabled.
② Ensure popup permissions in the background are enabled.
③ Disable battery optimization for the app.
Due to differences in phone manufacturers' system designs, enabling the above permissions does not guarantee that all models can consistently receive alerts in the background. To ensure notifications are received, we recommend keeping the app running in the foreground whenever possible.
- The probe appears more yellow after several rounds of grilling—why?
This is a normal phenomenon. The probe is made of stainless steel, and exposure to high temperatures (typically above 200°C) can cause a thin oxide layer to form on the surface. After grilling—especially when using the probe to measure ambient grill temperature—the metal may appear slightly yellowed.
