Open eWeLink to scan the QR code on the Quick Guide or the device itself to add the device.

Troubleshooting

1. The camera cannot connect to Wi-Fi

Ensure the camera only supports 2.4GHz Wi-Fi (5GHz is not supported).

Make sure your smartphone is connected to the same 2.4GHz network.

Check that the Wi-Fi signal is strong and that the camera is not too far from the router.

If the issue persists, reset the camera and try pairing again.

2. Video loads slowly or lags

Check if your Wi-Fi connection is stable; run a speed test if needed.

Close background apps that might be using bandwidth.

Try switching to “360P” video mode to reduce the bit rate.

3. No sound from the microphone or speaker

Ensure the app has permission to access the microphone.

Check if the camera is muted or if the volume is too low.

Avoid placing the camera too close to your phone to prevent audio feedback or howling.

4. The camera cannot detect a microSD card

Use a reliable brand microSD card, Class 10 or higher, with a capacity between 8GB and 128GB.

Ensure the SD card is properly inserted and formatted.

Check the storage status in the app. If not recognized, try reinserting or replacing the card.

5. The camera rotates automatically, or the image behaves abnormally
