Troubleshooting
1. Cannot pair with Wi-Fi
Make sure the device is in pairing mode.
Make sure your mobile device and POW Origin are on the same 2.4GHz Wi-Fi.
2. POW Origin is paired but cannot be controlled remotely
Check if the device is powered on and the LED is steadily lit (indicating a successful connection).
Ensure your phone has internet access.
Try rebooting the router and the device or re-pairing it via the app.
3. POW Origin shows offline in the app
Ensure the device has not lost power.
Check Wi-Fi coverage and avoid placing the device too far from the router.
Try rebooting or resetting the device if the issue persists.
