WARNING:

  • Please install and maintain the device by a professional electrician. To avoid electric shock hazard, do not operate any connection or contact the terminal connector while the device is powered on!
  • The device weighs less than 1 kg. The installation height of less than 2 m is recommended.

Add Device

Open eWeLink, tap "+” and select "Add Device", then follow the prompt on the App.

Notice:

  • It's required to turn on the Bluetooth on your Phone when adding a device.
  • After powering on, the device will enter the Bluetooth pairing mode during the first use.
  • The Wi-Fi LED indicator changes in a cycle of two short and one long flash and release.
  • The device will exit the Bluetooth pairing mode if not paired within 3 minutes. If you want to enter this mode, please long-press the manual button for about 5s until the Wi-Fi LED indicator changes in a cycle of two short and one long flash and release.

 

FAQ

1. Can I view power data without using the app?

A: Yes. The built-in LCD screen displays real-time voltage, current, power, and cumulative energy consumption directly on the device.

2. Does the device store energy usage history?

A: Yes. POW Elite stores up to 6 months of hourly energy consumption data, which can be viewed in the eWeLink app and exported as an Excel file.

3. Is voice control supported?

Yes. POW Elite works with Amazon Alexa and Google Assistant, allowing you to control connected devices with voice commands.

4. What happens when power is restored after an outage?

POW Elite allows you to set the Power-on State in the app:

ON/OFF/Keep the last state before power-off

5. Can I set an automatic shutdown in case of overload?

Yes. You can configure overload protection thresholds for power, current, or voltage. The device will automatically turn off if any parameter exceeds the preset limit.

6. Will the accumulated energy (kWh) on the display keep increasing indefinitely if not manually reset to 0?

No. The accumulated energy value will automatically roll over to 0 once it exceeds 9999 kWh. Manual reset is not required unless you prefer to clear it for tracking purposes.

Troubleshooting

1. Cannot pair with Wi-Fi

Make sure the device is in pairing mode.

Make sure your mobile device and POW Elite are on the same 2.4GHz Wi-Fi.

2. POW Elite is paired but cannot be controlled remotely

Check if the device is powered on and the LED is steadily lit (indicating a successful connection).

Ensure your phone has internet access.

Try rebooting the router and the device or re-pairing it via the app.

3. POW Elite shows offline in the app

Ensure the device has not lost power.

Check Wi-Fi coverage and avoid placing the device too far from the router.

Try rebooting or resetting the device if the issue persists.
