Highlights

  • Monitor Device Power Anytime

Start or stop power measurement anytime. Control remotely and view data through your phone, without any environmental restrictions!

  • Join to Alexa Energy Dashboard to Track and Save on Energy Usage

POWR3 supports Alexa smart energy, which is dedicated to better help you save energy usage. You can centrally view the overall or individual device energy consumption in the dashboard.

  • Overload Protection

Overload protection will not be affected by the network to monitor the voltage, current, and power of loads at all times. Once an abnormality is detected, the power will be cut off to avoid device damage and danger.

  • Normally Closed Relay

POWR3's relay is normally closed, which means the relay remains closed when there is no power applied or the device is damaged. Even if POWR3 is damaged, the circuit is not affected. Other products’ relays are normally open. Of course, the power-on status can be set to on, off, or hold through the APP.

  • Timer & Schedule

Create personalized schedules and countdowns to automatically control your appliances based on your routine.

Applications

  • Energy Efficiency for Small Businesses

Use POWR3 to optimize power usage in offices, workshops, or small commercial setups—monitor peak usage times and reduce standby losses.

FAQ

1. Fail to pair Wi-Fi devices with the eWeLink APP :

①Make sure the device is in pairing mode. The device will automatically exit the pairing mode if not paired within 3 minutes.

②Please turn on the location service on your mobile phone and give permission. Before choosing the Wi-Fi network, the location service should be turned on, and permission should be given. Location information permission is used to obtain Wi-Fi list information. If you tap "Disable", the device will not be added.

③Make sure your Wi-Fi network runs on the 2.4GHz band.

④Make sure you entered a correct Wi-Fi SSID and password, with no special characters contained. A wrong password is a very common reason for pairing failure.

⑤You may get the device close to the router for a good signal transmission while pairing. 6. Please try to pair the device in the compatible mode.

2. Wi-Fi devices "Offline" issues:

Please check the following issues by the Wi-Fi LED indicator status: The LED indicator blinks once every 2s means you fail to connect to the router.

①Maybe you entered the wrong Wi-Fi SSID and password.

②Make sure your Wi-Fi SSID and password don't contain special characters, for example, the Hebrew, Arabic characters. Our system can't recognize these characters, so that fails to connect to the Wi-Fi.

③Maybe your router has a lower carrying capacity.

④Maybe the Wi-Fi signal strength is weak. Your router is too far away from your device, or there may be some obstacles between the router and the device so that the signal transmission is blocked.

⑤Be sure that the MAC of the device is not on the blacklist of your MAC management.

3. The LED indicator flashes twice on repeated means you fail to connect to the server.

①Make sure the Internet connection is normal. You can use your phone or PC to connect to the Internet, and if you fail to access, please check the availability of the Internet connection.

②Maybe your router has a low carrying capacity. The number of devices connected to the router exceeds its maximum value. Please check the maximum number of devices that your router can carry. If the number of connected devices exceeds the maximum value, please delete some devices or change to a larger router and try again.

③Please contact your ISP and confirm our server address is not shielded: cn-disp. coolkit.cc (China Mainland) as-disp. coolkit.cc (in Asia except China) e u-disp. coolkit.cc (in EU) us-disp. coolkit.cc (in US) If none of the above methods solved this problem, please submit your issue via help & feedback on the eWeLink App.

Troubleshooting

1. Voltage, Current, and Power Data Not Updated in Real-Time

The device checks data every 2 seconds. Data is reported only if the current exceeds 0.03A, the voltage exceeds 5V, or the power exceeds 2W. Therefore, updates to the data will only appear on the app once these conditions are met.

2. Historical Power Consumption Data May Appear Smaller

The device saves power data every half hour. If there is a power outage, data for that half hour will be lost. As a result, when you open the app and request data, the values returned by the device may appear smaller than previously seen.

3. Why Can't Voltage, Current, and Power Values Be Used as Trigger Conditions in a Scenario (e.g., in IFTTT)?

Currently, the device's data reporting mechanism works as follows:
Once the details page is opened, the app gives the device 60 seconds. During this time, any significant changes will trigger data reporting. As long as the app's process is not killed, this 60-second window will continue. However, if the app's process is killed, the device will stop reporting data after the valid time has passed.
