Installation Recommendations
This product is compatible with the standard 60 junction box at a minimum size, but when installing, it is important to consider whether the depth of the junction box can accommodate the additional wiring. *The depth of the mounting box should be at least 60mm. In case the existing wall box is not deep enough, you can try to use a surface-mounted or ultra-thin wall switch to control the Relay.
The user must have an electric roller shutter at home and will need to retrofit it to upgrade it to a smart roller shutter.
Please install and maintain the device by a professional electrician. To avoid electric shock hazards, do not operate any connection or contact the terminal connector while the device is powered on! |

FAQ
- Can the motor run continuously in the same direction?
No. The motor should not operate in a single direction for more than 2 minutes. To prevent overheating and damage, the device will automatically enter a stop state after exceeding this time limit. - Can the device be used without connecting a "Switch"?
Yes. Whether S1/S2 are connected to an external switch or not, it does not affect automation or app control functionality.
Troubleshooting
- The switch control behaves differently than expected. Why?
The issue may arise if the connected switch type does not match the device's current "Switch Mode."
Solution:
- Quickly press the button on the MINI-RBS three times until the blue LED flashes rapidly three times.
- Repeat this up to two times if needed to find the correct "Switch Mode."
- Why does the app show the device as offline after clicking "Enable Pairing Mode"?
After enabling Pairing Mode in the eWeLink app, the device enters Network Pairing Mode (indicated by a
"two short, one long" LED pattern) and shows as "Offline." Short-press the device button to restore
"Online" status.
- Why is the percentage control accuracy of my device not accurate?
Note! If your device exhibits "inaccurate percentage control precision," we recommend pairing it with the eWeLink App and updating its firmware to the latest version (V1.0.3).
