Troubleshooting
1. Device not showing up during Matter pairing
Make sure the device is in pairing mode.
Make sure your mobile device and MINIR4M are on the same 2.4GHz Wi-Fi.
Update the app and OS of your phone and smart home hub.
2. Device offline or not responding in the app
Check if the Wi-Fi network is working normally.
Reboot your router and the MINIR4M.
If needed, reset the device and re-pair it.
3. The MINIR4M is clicking while the load doesn't turn on
Double-check wiring according to the installation guide.
Ensure terminals are tightened properly.
Make sure the load is below 10A.
4. Can't control MINIR4M from the voice assistant
Make sure the device appears and is controllable in your Matter hub app.
Re-link the service in your assistant app.
Check if the Internet is working properly.
